I avoided the case coverage like it was the plague. Still, I think even if he did molest the boy, it was more a case of entrapment. Those people seem to have had a long history of gold-digging.

Doesn't make him ANY less intensely creepy. May he disappear from the public scene altogether.

Excuse me, but what information do you have that proves guilt on 'Wacky' Jacksons part? Because if it's as conclusive as you make it seem, you really should have handed it to the prosecuters in the case.

no menatal originated from the english term "mental" but through years and years of misspelling and incorrect pronunciation it has evolved into the word menatal.

Um...why?

While no one will dispute that the man is extremely odd, being extremely odd is hardly a crime. The people who actually had access to the relevant evidence (who include neither you nor me) determined that he could not be found guilty of criminal actions. Why then do you feel that you have the right to demand that he be punished?

I certainly hope that no one ever hopes that any of you are convicted on no evidence like many of you have wished for MJ. Fortunately, most of us love the idea of guilty until proven innocent because it protects the liberty of all of us, not just the rich. He was given a fair trial and rather than wish an unfair trial on him, we should be wishing that the poor could get an equally fair trial.

However, if any of you would like to present evidence that shows conclusively that he did it, I'd be happy to see it, but as of yet, none of you nor the prosecution have presented it.

Uh, my mom and I saw the whole case on CourtTV, we heard everydetail word-to-word from the 199-whatever year that Jacko molested a boy in and that boy's story had me screaming for Jacko to get the guilty verdict. At least the boy was trying to be modest and keep his words rated PG if not G.

Have you heard anything about the many times in the past when children have been coached by parents and even psychologists to give fabricated testimony? That this boy said he did it does not make him guilty. Don't you find it odd that the boy's parents just so happen to be con-artists? How about the fact that so many people have been to his house and spent time with him and somehow only the conmen seem to have trouble? Strange how that works, huh?

How about the fact that all these money-grubbing child celebrities (Corey Feldman, Emanuel Lewis) who would do anything for money must have been offered fortunes for books and interviews if they just said that Michael had done something to them and they didn't. Strange that he only seems to molest these very specific con-artist's children.

So, in other words if the witness can make the abuse sound really bad, it doesnt matter if there is no evidence showing that it actually happened? The fact that it sounds really bad makes you feel that a conviction is in order regardless of the fact there is no evidence? Im glad you arent a juror. BTW, he wasnt on trial for that crime. Yes, I can tell. You seem to be thoroughly enjoying yourself. Which of us is getting upset?

There is such a thing as a fair trial. One where justice is served. I can tell you what fame and fortune got 'jacko' - a year of being lambasted in the press with no evidence because they knew that there would some idiots that would require nothing more than a newspaper to decide guilt.

Michael Jackson ought to be in a mental institute, guilty or not.
