Bifocals and two big toes that are distinctly different from each other. One of them just looks like a big thumb. On my right foot there's like three times the difference between my big toe and the next one as there is on the other side, because it's only like thumb width, it's crazy.

Arthritis. But it's not so bad in the summer :)

Cortical disruption in the superior aspect of the right sacral ala adjacent to the sacroliliac joint and extension into the joint. Descending in an oblique fashion inferiorly and into the S1 sacroneural foramen. Compound fracture to the right inferior pubic ramus on the two most inferior slices.

In the abdomen there is non-homogenus abnormal enhancement of the liver, gallbaldder and spleen. The pancreas and both kidneys are inflamed but within acceptable limits.

In the chest there is an increased density adjacent to the transverse aortic arch compatible with a small degree of residual thymic tissue. There is a slight loss of normal aortic arch contour and a widened superior mediastinum.
