NS-Population-Oriented where do you live?

Since a lot of polls ask "where do you live", choosing options by land mass, I thought I'd choose options by (estimated) NS population, e.g. people from English-speaking countries more likely.

from what I've seen, its about 50% American, maybe 15% British, 10% Australian and surrounding islands, and 25% everywhere else (canada, mexico, euorpe, iran, whatever)
