Could there be more faulty intel from Iraq?

Any chances the media will pick up the story that pre-war intelligence in Iraq indicated large quantities of oil in various locations in Iraq, yet current United States involvement in the region has yet to yield any of this pre-war oil in the tank of my 19mpg car, or the decrease of the price of said oil?

Nope no chance. Not that it would matter. The whole petroleum business is completely corrupt, anyway. First, you have the anti-free trade swindling of OPEC who drive up prices by mining less oil than they could. Then, you have the oil cartels which cooperate together to set prices, instead of competing, which would bring down the price for the consumer. Also, big oil has discredited, bought off and otherwise silenced inventors who have incredibly improved fuel efficiency.
