... to the rest of the Dad's here (and, I guess, only to those residing in countries who celebrate this day today).
Sure, your kids can drive you so fucking nuts sometimes that you think to yourself 'why didn't she just blow me instead that night?', but damn the good times sure make up for it don't they?
So, enjoy the day dedicated just to you. Wear the crappy tie, frame the poorly drawn art, eat the inedible breakfast, and take all the damn hugs and kisses that you can get. Because, even if they do a lousy fucking job of showing it sometimes, the kids do love you as much as you love them. And don't forget that sometimes your moody ass drives them as fucking nuts as they do to you.
And besides - they'll be the ones picking out your retirement home when the Alzheimers sets in, so you might be advised to remember that payback can be a bitch...... while you still CAN remember.
