Nope, but now that I've heard of it, I shall, later. Incidentally, I thought you were referring to an NS Poster. You know you're addicted, when..

Or "The drink of the gods" as it is locally known (even if I do think it tastes of vomit)

Ooh, never tried it.

Though I only tend to try beer of the bog standard road when they are on special offer :(

Ahh never been. Beats (though must check on an atlas) the previous furthest distance* I have known to get stella, the Czech Republic.

*a value qualified by a variety of factors I will not disclosed at the moment.

... OK I think of a country I have never been to and if it sounds exotic** it is the furthest afield

**I could do this all day you know :p

I think I saw somewhere selling Stella in Argentina, but it may well have been a British pub. Which doesn't really count, I suppose.

Tower Records/Video was handing out free DVD's of the Premiere Episode....

thought it to be a pale comparason to "The Kids in the Hall"

but, I'm willing to give it a couple of months to improve.

Yea, I like to travel as much as possible...all on my own fundraising though, no rich parents to pay for it lol

the best beer in Argentina is Quilmes

It can be bought in the supermarket here in the very South of Brazil, but no one except a poser does as it is no better than Antarctica (our local staple beer) and costs ten times the amount.

Guiness or Newcastle Brown, however is worth it.

You must be better at getting stuff done then I. I'm having trouble raising funds to go to France.

It is as if all the businesses in Manchester have informally black listed me or something. Probably deserve it though :p

I'll remember that if I am ever there :)

Well, it took a year and a half to raise the necessary money for a month of hiking in the Andes and travelling around Argentina, loads of stuff in school. We did a dinner dancey thing that raised about £500, and a plant sale that managed a profit of about £700, which we were hugely surprised at

It's nice beer. and it was very, very cheap when we were there (in 2002, at 5 peso to the £)

Mehe Jupiler is still better :p
Stella is a beer brewed by inbev (former interbrew), one of the largest european breweries (probably even one of the largest in the world), so it's not all that bizarre you can buy it everywhere :)
feels good to drink something from home when on holiday, and everything is better than heineken-water :p
