Hong Kong's Chief Executive "election"

After Mr. Tung resigned some months ago because he had a "job promotion", a new Chief Executive has been "elected" yesterday. There was no vote, no campaign, no public fori, no poll, no plan of governing. All the winner, Mr. Tsang Yam-kun, had to do, was to win the support of 700 out of 800 people, who in turn were elected by less than 1 million out of 7 million people in Hong Kong 3 years ago. The best example of autocracy disguised. *rolls eyes*. It's not that I don't like Mr. Tsang, but I feel that I've been way too left out.
