i reckon the coming poll will be reasonably self-explanatory.

Showers are better, cos they're easier if your in a hurry..baths can be more fun tho, if you ha ve the right toy! :eek:

I only take showers. My bathroom doesn't actually have a bath in it. But I have two bedrooms!

I like baths best, but since we moved house we don't have one :(

I do like both...unfortunately, I've become addicted to picking 'Myrth' whenever the option is available...

I only take a bath about every other month but I take a shower each day.

(Too bad my little bathroom doesn't have a tub, I love a good relaxing bath!)

Pro - The long and soothing sensation of a good, hot soak.
Con - The slowly dawning realization that you're soaking in your own filth.

I try sitting in the sink. When the sink comes off the wall because it's not designed to take the weight of a fully-grown human, I shower in the water that splashes from the broken pipes.

Definitely better than taking a shower in the can. Pick up the soap...

I've already got one. When you stand all the water hits the back of your neck and runs down. When you sit it runs off onto your chest. Not very comfortable.

I chose Myrth because therer wasn't a "Run through the sprinklers at 7 AM" option

Shower is the day to day necessity.
An ocassional bath for relaxation, but a quick shower before hand. I dont like steeping in dead skin & hair.

I like baths, but we're in the middle of a massive drought, so only short showers every 2 days for me.

Showers are for cleaning yourself, baths are for luxury. I can't decide which is more important :D

Showers in the summer, baths in the winter.

As a book adict, I definately prefer a bath, since I can read in it... Showers do bad things to novels...

Showers are for Cleansing, Baths are for relaxing. If there are no showers available, I prefer the Japanese style of bathing. Sponge bath, cold rinse, hot soak... preferably in mixed company. :D

What happens if you sit the other way round?

The problem with a shower is that it does not clean your entire body( i.e. between your legs, behind your nuts, etc).

Unless you are prepared to stand on your head, but then you would get all the soap washing from your balls into your face (not that I have tried standing on my head in the shower).

Showers are far quicker, use far less water, do a lot better job of cleaning you, and make you feel much more relaxed.

Good greif. Ever heard of a washcloth? If it's that big a problem just get a hand-held showerhead that you can stick between your legs.

Showers. They're a lot faster (and cleaner) than baths, and tend to clean more thoroughly than splashing yourself with sinkwater :p.

I used to be a bath man. I used to despise showers. But I've been converted to Showerdom. I went away to Mexico for 2 years and there were very few bath tubs so I was forced to take showers. Now I love them.

I picked shower, though I prefer a shower or bath (hehe) with someone else over alone bathing, I must say I feel cleaner after a shower.
