No, I was google image searching for one specific card (which I did not find). Took me down memory lane. And that site.

I think I still have my green/red and my white deck somewhere.

lol..Amusing. I'm assuming these're fake, though, since it wouldn't quite fit into the realm of MTG.

Those are hilarious :)

Makes me think of the yellow deck we once made to confuse tournament players...worked like a charm :P

Those are pretty good. I still have a few of my decks lying around too.

My fav was my Blue/Red "Jeet Kun Do" deck. Counterspells and direct damage mostly. Everything they do is blocked, and everything I do is over before they can react. Worked like a charm, beat the hell outta anything I came accross.

Ah, the good old days. I only wish I had participated in more tournaments. After finishing sixth in a "Blind" tournement (1 starter deck, 2 boosters, make a deck on the spot), I got frustrated and played only with friends.

I was in a group of 10 people or so who just played eachother. No tournament player here.

But my decks needed a good first hand or I'd be fucked :(

The white deck was a weenie deck. Just put up as many cheap creatures as possible and it would block most stuff. The red/green was mainly green for mana generation (Llanowar Elves etc) and regeneration with just a few red big muscles in it. I liked that one better.

I made a deck for a good friend of mine once, years ago. It did include the famous "I win"-card for sure!

Like seemingly everyone else here, I used to play Magic.

I think all of my cards are still in a box somewhere in the attic. :p

I was always a fan of cross color decks (white/black, red/white, blue/green), since they tend to make up for each others weaknesses, and most decks aren't capable of countering both colors.

I assume I'm not alone in that I stopped playing because all the new editions that came out started adding too many unnecessary rules and abilities?

All those fantasy cards owned, BTW...I love the flavor text for Silent Bob "........" :p

Don't know why, but magic just appealed to the strategist in me. I spent hours upon hours cooking up the best decks possible, and also the best decks my measily fortune could create. (very different things ;) )

As a result of our constant playing, musing, testing, researching, etc...the inner workings of Magic were laid bare before a good friend of mine and myself. After that our decks were technical masterpieces, but so equally balanced that playing became almost anti-climactic.

I created a "Trash with trash" deck, all red.

It was entirely goblins, direct damage, and various cards that "improved" my goblins, including a particularly devestating "Goblin Grenade" card. Basically meant I could kill someone in 3 turns if I got the right hand. However, if I didn't win in about 6 or 7 turns, I died for sure.

I stopped playing right around the time 5th edition was being talked about. So I guess my cards are all 3 and 4th editions, with the various expansions that occured around that time.

Yeah.... I was browsing a few cards back. "Fear"? "Swarm 2"?!?

LOL. My older brother had a goblin deck. :D

I think I still did 5th Edition, but ended there.

Not me, boring people is a curse, not an ability...but I would love to see some of our more famous..er...contraversial posters done up. Like TRA and such.

Would be great fun...but would get us in trouble with the Mods.
