and sort of bob your head a little bit too

and then you can get all spasmodic and flail your arms in the air and things of that genre. i do love that dance.

theres also the lovely dance taht looks something like : :headbang:


but not all people like that dance so much so... i would teach you how to dance (i've done swing, lindyhop, balboa, blues, competitive ballroom training - waltz, foxtrot, etc, competitive latin training - rhumba, salsa, chacha, tango, etc, ballet, jazz, tap, modern, folklorico, flamenco, hip hop, street jazz, and random 90s party dances), but it's the internet.. kind of hard to do teach here... i can try though, if you are set on it. but real life training is a wee more effective.

however, i'm still a fan of the MOVE YOUR FEET IN STRANGE PATTERNS, so maybe give that one a go, ja?
