i severely doubt that, if it were true we would have seen something about it already

If not, the only place they could've gotten a nuke from would be the US. And that wouldn't be in the spirit on non-proliferation at all.

Seriously, I doubt it, since the Saudi leadership depends on US support to hold themselves in power. Having a nuke would be bad for their standing with America.

Now I don't know who supplies what to whom, but Russia (as in the government) certainly doesn't exchange nuclear weapons for money.
They supply civil technology (and dual-use items) to people who pay, including Iran, but that's capitalism, right?

They sell small arms and rides to the edge of space too if you have the cash to spend.

But good luck buying working nuclear weapons from them.
