Ok, I just wondered... do you all agree with the jury or do you think he was guilty?

I put him as innocent.

He was proven not guilty by a court of law.

Obviously the evidence against him was too weak to stand.

Leave him alone.

Since I haven't looked at any of the evidence, I'm not going to judge him either way.

I agree with the decision of the jury. However, that isnt an option in your poll. I cant say that Michael Jackson is innocent, which is fine because the legal system doesnt ask jurors to find anyone innocent. I do believe he is not guilty based on lack of evidence and plenty of reasonable doubt.

Even though the mother was crazy and the boy lied I still think he was guilty :fluffle:

If he hasn't been found guilty in a court of law, then he's innocent. It's the american way.

I don't understand why the prosecution even tried to prove such a circumstantial case. A public defender could've found reasonable doubt.

Third thread on this. I agree with the Jury. Probably guilty but no decent evidence.

He is way too naive to do anything like that.

The family trying to get him done were clearly trying to extort cash out of him (last person to do this got $10,000,000 so they called off the charges)
