Help! My computer is possesed!

Yeah, you know that toolbar on the top that you use to type in where you want to go? It looks really different now. The only natural conclusion is that evil spirits or aliens want to annoy me. It's working. Does anybody know how to alter your top-bar thingy? I tried right clicking it, but all it does is alter what is on it. Instead of being, like, two thin things with lots of little thingies, all it is is Refresh, Quit, Back, and forward REALLY BIG ON a bar about an inch thick. An inch!

Oh, yeah. I read somewhere about a toaster being possesed, having the annoying problem of shooting the toast to the other side of the room. Info is somewhere at drtoast.com. Don't ask me where.

HELP SAVE MY COMPUTER!

Or, if you're not in the mood to be so helpful, i guess house hold appliance possesion is the topic...yeah, that's pathetic.

Here, I can give you the name of an exorcist. They're still working on the case of my apartment being massivel haunted.

If you right click on the toolbar you can check or uncheck the different subtoolbars to make them show again. Then click on 'Customize...' and a window will pop up that says "Customize Toolbar". You can then change the 'Text Options:' and 'Icon Options:' fields until things look like they should.

And if that doesn't work I'd call an exorcist.

Thnx, but no cigar. I appreciate the advice, but it didn't work. IF anybody knows, i was actually writing a reply to a post, but i think i hit a button. That may give somebody a clue.

Help me fix it before it starts shaking and floating around!

maybe you accidentally moved the bar around or something? But that doesn't explain your inch thick forward button. I think your computer may be pregnant. Are you using IE or are you on a mac?

My old computer had poltergeists... I'm sure of it. Piece of crap. I finally got a new one... no geists in this one! :p

You have to make a human sacrifice. Or, give it a shrubbery. I think it wants one or the other. My Demonic is a little rusty.

Try "view" and toolbars. I am using firefox, though...
