With all the attempts to take away our privacy ( see another recent thread of mine on OnStar and TiVo ) and the insistence of schools on using thumbprinting ( yet another thread, although not by me ), etc., perhaps it's time to take a page from the Mahatma Ghandi playbook.
Refuse to be railroaded. Insist on clarity. When it doubt, sit it out!
It be Mahatma Ghandi stylin' time! :)

I think the idea of passive resistance on the internet, whilst admirable, is somewhat undermined by the fact that the vast majority of people are using Windows. :p

Fight the power. Woo. Damn, got to restart. Hmm. My computer crashes a couple of times a year… but hey it's a Mac. So I can passively resist… although I prefer active resistance 'cos I'm a violent little bastard. :)

Eutrusca,
it is Gandhi, NOT Ghandi.
u might be thinking that it shouldn't make much difference, but in hindi, "ghand" means arse.
I do not know ur feelings about the man, but please use "Gandhi" instead of "Ghandi".
