I didn't realize it wasn't already general knowledge, it's surprising, isn't it? All four of them together. Nice.

Hadn't gotten around to me yet, and I never saw anyone post on it. I was just hitting the 'latest headlines' button... I'm so very far away from that (and it's really only likely to happen once...)
You know, if they tape the concert and sell it with proceeds going to the cause...more than happy...(though not as cool as being able to be there...)

I gotta be honest, if they make it all the way to the first show I'll be amazed.

Yeah, that would have been extra sweet. Unfortunately I don't even know if Syd is capable of knowing if he's with them or not...
Well, hypothetically speaking, it's possible for me - I'm from Belgium, I don't even need to take a plane. Then again, I haven't got a cent on me atm. Mmmm... Thinkthinkthinkthinkthinkthinkthink

I know man, I know...
There's pimping, but I understand that it ain't easy.
There's blood, but I don't think it's enough.
I have a lot of CDs but most of them are not worth crap at a used store...
The only things valuable enough are my VW and my sax. Tempting...tempting...

I heard about this earlier today. I'd love nothing more then to see them, but I don't think that's in the cards. Is this concert going to be televised? If not, I suppose there will be a DVD of the concert put out. That's not so bad, I guess. But to see Pink Floyd live! Man, that makes this concert about 800% more interesting.

Sex would be easy. There's nothing men love more then a blowjob.
For me it would probably have to be a loan... I'll worry about the payments when I'm back. I think that with the bank account (young people's account) I currently have, I can get up to 500 euros, maybe even without an intrest, though I'm not sure about that. Mmm... Unlikely to happen, though, and I'm definitely not going alone. Also wondering... it says the tickets are free (HERE (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/music/4596885.stm) ) So do you have to order your free tickets in advance, or is it just a 'come as you are' so to speak?

I can imagine 'come as you are' could lead to 'Who concert' style problems...and I can't believe Philly is the city that gets the American concert. That gets a 'huh...'

Not to be the pessimist, but how do we know Gilmour and Waters won't piss each other off before then and cancel the show?

It'd piss their fans off. Look what happened when John Lennon pissed his fans off.

I've been too afraid to contemplate it, though I think that it is entirely likely. Roger Waters has never been afraid of pissing off his fans. (to answer the other answer).

Just dont allow them to be any more than five minutes in the same room with each other, unacompanied by other band members.

No rehersals-Gilmour records Waters' bass lines (again) and without telling him give Waters a bass that's not plugged but his mic is live. If it makes it happen, I'll take it.

I think Walters would cotton on pretty soon that his bass wasnt plugged in( walters hears bass note ringing around stadium without touching a string) nice try but. :)

You phone up, the money from the call goes to charity, you get the ticket, you turn up. :) Nice and simple.
