3 buttermilk pancakes with tons of maple syrup
3 strips of extra crispy bacon
1 small bowl of cantelope (sp? :p )
1 heaping plate of hash-browns!

and of course

A piece of toasted whole wheat bread with peanut butter.

Two scrambled egg whites with a bit of salsa on top.

A bowl of plain Yogurt with some honey and wheat germ in it.

A glass of Orange juice with flax seed oil mixed in.

A smoothie of whatever fruits are fresh at the time with some protein powder.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, after all.

1. Porridge with honey, preferably River Red Gum or Leatherwood. Perfect on a cold morning.

2. Toast & Vegemite, particularly good after a night on the turps.

Steak, usually, New York Strip Steak, or Filet Mingon.

Sometimes a glass of wine or a swig of whisky, helps with digestion.

Although bacon is good, as is ham, eggs, sausage.

Nothing like a pound of bacon for breakfast.

I'm on summer vacation and usually don't work until at least 3...this "breakfast" of which you speak has no meaning to me. I start with lunch! ;)

I forgot to check both the nothing and the other option, but usually it's nothing but when the opportunity arises I'm a sucker for a breakfast burrito. (not from a fast food place, but a 'real' (as real as a breakfast burrito can be) breakfast burrito...

When I'm done, I'm going to sit and not move for about half an hour, smoke cigarettes and watch some CNN...

...then, drive home and take a nap. :p

That's what I do usually. Cold barbeque and orange juice is an awesome breakfast.

Usually a sandwich and something... peanut butter, jam, (both mixed, natch) hazelnut spread, ham, chicken, bacon, sausage, banana (I love banana sandwiches).... I also sometimes toast everything except the meat variants, which I most often have cold.

I rarely have cereal, but when I do it's usually muesli, coco pops, or sugar puffs (because a cereal should have as little nutritional value as possible, muesli being the exception.)

Some days its a high fibre type of cereal with fruit a glass of OJ and 2-4 cups o' coffee...

...other days it might be 3 eggs, 4 twhaite toasts, 5 sausage links, OJ, 2-4 cupd o' coffee...

...sometimes it mught be pancakes or frenched toast, waffles or whatever since its the most important meal of the day I like a little variety except for the 2-4 cups o' coffee same every day...

 Why doesn't that smilie smoke?

'Cos it's cool. :P

Leftover chinese food (singapore fried rice, for preference) on toast.

And tea, at least two mugs thereof. Milk, no sugar.

Not every day, obviously.

Since gum increases your appetite it's probably not good to keep chewing it.....

I'll keep chewing it, then, because I'll be getting something huge for lunch.

This one time, I was in detention with these other kids totally different than myself and we spent the whole day there getting to know each other and weird things about each other and we became such good friends after that that we formed this club and used to get together once or twice a month for breakfast after that.

I usually eat breakfast when other people have lunch. Except if I get up at 4:00am, like today. I eat whatever's there. I'm too lazy to cook anything!

So if it's last night's left overs (cold), nuking takes too much time), so be it.

I try to make up for it by eating healthy the rest of the day. (I've been on a junk food binge lately though.) I SWEAR the sugar is taking over my opiate receptors! :p

A homemade soft taco or burrito with beef (tri-tip or rib-eye steak, typically), avocados, cilatro, green onions, jalapenos and black olives. I've been having that a lot lately. Sometimes I just eat meat, though.

Sorry if this has already been asked, by why on earth does spaghetti go with baked beans in the poll? Is spaghetti eaten with beans? Have I missed some glorious culinary tradition?
