I know that there are a few NSers in my state, but I don't even know if we're in the same city. I probably wouldn't meet anyone from online unless I knew them well simply because I am an anti-social person.

i almost met vittos ordination (we lived in the same town for a year, never capitalized on it) but i think what happened is he smoked some pot and i got in a fight with my ex, and between the two of us, massive failure bloomed. about 4 or 5 times that we attempted to meet somewheres.
'til she poofed, i talked to occidio a lot, and she helped me a lot through a bunch o shit. i do count her among my good friends, which still seems odd, given the nature of the relationship, but if i ever get the oppurtunity to go to cali i shall do so, and meet her ka-razy ass.
i talk to jordaxia online a good deal. interesting little lady, that one.
i'm not sure how much of this counts.

I've met Shaed through here, and I almost met Preebles (but didn't know if it was actually her, so I didn't say anything. Turned out it was :p)
I know a couple of people who have NS nations, but don't post at all.Me too. (You can look them up, if you want; my friend Optima Justitia, for example, posted here about 10 times; another friend whose primary nation is Millicitus Sapienta never posts at all; another person entered the forums several times, but never posted...and so on.)
I've been to New York City, where a whole lot of NSers live (Katganistan springs to mind)...never met any though. I've also been to London, but that was back before the game was set up.

If I meet any other NSers, I would meet them in RL not knowing that they are NSers. Then later if we become friends and have political discussions and the other person says, "You know, this is the kind of thing debated all the time on an online game called NationStates...have you ever heard of it?"... I'm still thinking of a punch line. :D
And I am an antisocial person, too.
