uggghh... I actually saw a show on bad jobs. Among them was a guy that had to clean out peep-show booths.

Two others were one guy that gets paid for each dead human body he drags out of a river in India. Another was a guy that catches and kills rats in the street in India. He hit them with a bamboo cane and picked them up with his bare feet to drop into a bag-paid by the rat.
The last job here might require some training & skill though.

and no knowledge of computers is needed.... or according to the CompUSA stores I've been in.

Camp Counselor for disadvantaged children. The pay sucks, but you get a chance to make a real difference in the lives of these kids.

You get about $8/hr and it's an easy job to get if you are in an area where these types of jobs are available.

My ultimate job would be as a tester for new snowboards, new video games and new alcohols.

Paperboy or if you can be paid to beta-test games it can be good. Some games are a chore to 'play' though so what the betas were like doesn't bear thinking about.

He doesn't like kids much either. I already suggested baby sitter, this is similar, but worse pay and more kids, isn't it?

The two pimpest jobs I had when working through college or just to stay alive (Though I had both of these in two different times in college)-

Children's Performer. I dressed in costumes (mostly Ninja Turtles) and went to kids birthday parties (invited...). And clown, when called for. I would make as much as part time slave wagers in one weekend...leaving me time to also do the slave wage job because that ain't much money. But it was great. But-I love kids and for some reason kids, pets, and old people love me.

Projectionist. It's just that easy. Seven projectors, it took me 45 seconds to thread each one. From there it's all George Jetson. An hour and half later, do the same thing. Hard to beat that. Hard to find, too. But man...

Honorable mention-
Small record store that does it's own buying is good fun, too. Promos flow like wine, if you become a buyer you start getting to go to shows for free, meet the artist. If your tastes are adrift from the rest of the store your promo count is insane. I have thousands of CDs, some I still haven't gotten around to even opening...

I work as a secretarys biatch in an attorneys office, i walk around copying stuff, filing stuff, and moving stuff in an air conditioned office for $8/hr. Under the table :D

Painting!!

I'm working for a student run franchise Painting comapany called College Pro. We work a ton, get paid a little, and get somewhat exploited. Painting houses is pretty damn fun though....and you get to work with young and hot males, which is a bonus.

These painting jobs are a dime a dozen in summetime, it seems; I'm sure your friend could find one in not time.

That might not be a bad idea. I should run it by him.
