I find it interesting that Ms. Bai and her lawyer are arguing that made-done acts are not a part of nature. I'd be curious to see the ruling made on that case when it's done.

With my solomon like wisdom I shall resolve all of these issues.
1 The police officer will fine the astrologer for acting like a moron.
2 The aggrieved driver and the disgruntled prisoners shall share the pizza.

I think it's a little sad that I hadn't even heard of a massive project to essentially bomb a comet until a russian astrologer sues because it will upset the balance of the universe...
I wish I was at that meeting of the minds at the major news outlets -
"Sir, we have news that NASA will be launching a probe to break apart part of a comet. Should we print it?"
"Hmmm.... a 275 million dollar project that could reveal much about not only comets, a major threat to life on earth, but also the nature of the universe itself? I would..... but you know Michael Jackson is on trial..."
And those prisoners reduced their demands to 15 pizzas? You see, if we only threw a pizza party for our inmates every once and a while, I think it might really improve inmate moral and willingness to cooperate. Even hard-time veteran and serial gang murderer Tron can't resist delicious pepperoni...
