Not this time. Sorry. They involve our strategy and tactics. Can't share those with just anyone, now can we? ;)

Perhaps an option for the future, but just now we want to play our cards rather close to the chest. :)

I have an idea for a poster, but I'm not an artist, so I can't make it.

And happy 10,000th post, "spam forum owner".

Yes. I recently changed the name, so I must have temporarily reverted to the old one. Thanks for the heads-up. :)

I have TG'd you regarding my thoughts.

From what I gather on the election thread (I've only read the last page), it seems there was a spat between us and the MRR?

Not really. Someone in the MRR posted an unathorized poster concerning the POWW. Their party chairman apologized and I consider the matter closed. :)

Some anti-PoWW comments and an accompanying poster, but it wasn't really meant seriously.

Ah, I understand.

It wasn't a poster depicting our party leader in any sort of negative light, now was it? :p

Well, I have posted a piece of vote-garnering propaganda in the election thread...but now I have to go offline.

I will, however, be online at work tonight when voting ends, so if there's anything you'd like me to do at that time, just send me a telegram. :)

Ok I voted PoWW and I was just wondering how the seats are going to be divided up. It said in the election thread that for every 4% of the popular vote a seat will be awarded to that party but the vote isn't that evenly split. I think this is going to cause a bit of controversy, especially among the smaller parties. Using us as an example we currently have just shy of 9% of the vote, giving us at least two seats but whats going to happen to that other 1%?

Cult of TInk Party -------------------------> 9.91% -> 2.4771 -> 2 seats
Democratic Socialist Party -----------------> 18.14% -> 4.5351 -> 5 seats
Mole and Other Borrowing Rodents' Alliance -> 3.81% -> 0.9527 -> 1 seat
NS Meritocratic Representative Republicans -> 9.45% -> 2.3628 -> 2 seats
NS Classical Liberals ----------------------> 19.05% -> 4.7637 -> 5 seats
Party of Order -----------------------------> 2.74% -> 0.6860 -> 1 seat
Party of Whatever Works --------------------> 8.84% -> 2.2104 -> 2 seats
Revolutionary Trotskyist Party -------------> 4.27% -> 1.0671 -> 1 seat
United Democratic Communist Party ----------> 11.43% -> 2.8582 -> 3 seats
"Up yours!" Party --------------------------> 12.35% -> 3.0869 -> 3 seats

There's a lot of rounding involved. Basically, our excess percentage shifts to another party that is closer to recieving an additional seat than we are.

If we happen to be closest of all parties to recieving another seat when voting ends, then hey, we lucked out! :)

I think that needs to be ammended to if they're within 1% of another seat. I don't think The Party of Order should get a seat with under 3% of the vote.
