Fine, I’ll make my own party, too, because I’m tired of all of these other parties that have small things in them that I totally disagree with. I haven't checked it for misspellings, grammar errors, et cetera, nor do I plan on doing so any time soon, so if you find something tell me and I'll fix it. Fun stuff. Please read it completely before posting your opinions on it.

The Party of Peeple That Can Spell Corectly.

Preamble: If you do not “get” the title of our party, you are not welcome.

INTRANATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY

1.) Tariffs will be applied to products on an individual basis in order to discourage, but not prohibit, international trading and outsourcing of jobs. Tariffs on products will vary from nation to nation. Minor tax breaks will be granted to the owners of businesses who keep over eighty percent (80%) of their business intranational.

2.) Free trade with nations on an economic level similar to our own will be encouraged, as such trading should prove to be mutually beneficial.

3.) Businesses will be taxed minimally, so as to promote growth while still benefiting the government.

4.) Businesses found to be participants in trusts and oligopolies and businesses that hold a monopoly over a given district for more than one year will be raped by the government via taxes and regulation to encourage variety, competition, and growth.

5.) Interstate businesses will be required to sell at least fifteen percent (15%) of their business in shares of stock to promote investment and growth.

6.) Businesses reserve the right to fire employees at any time for any reason other than race, sex, or religion.

7.) Public news stations, be they television or radio stations, will be required to monitor explicit content. Anything beyond these stations shall be protected from all forms of censorship indefinitely.

8.) Considerable tax augmentation will be the result of a failure for businesses to comply with environmental regulation.

INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMATIC AND MILITARY POLICY

1.) Internationally, the POPTCSC will engage in any international matters that pose an immediate or growing threat to the well-being of our citizens.

2.) Intranational and international intelligence agencies will receive massive funding to prevent accidents, improve defense, and prevent otherwise vital information from slipping out of their hands.

3.) The military shall adopt a Shoot First, Ask Questions Later policy. The lives of our citizens are more important than the lives of other nations’ citizens. If information is received from reliable nations (as defined by our intelligence agencies) that predicts situations which will adversely affect our nation directly or indirectly, or if such information is acquired by our own intelligence agencies, occupation will occur as soon as a relatively competent and sizeable military force can be prepared for said occupation. Force will be used if necessary. If violence directed towards our nation is not a possible outcome of any expertly predicted situations, diplomatic solutions will be pursued prior to occupation.

4.) Military service will be completely voluntary except in the most extreme of scenarios. Period.

5.) Legal immigration - defined as immigration with legitimate documentation or immigration followed by the acquisition of legal documentation within two weeks of arrival - will be permitted and encouraged. Illegal immigration - defined as immigration without the acquisition of legitimate documentation within two weeks of arrival, or immigration with illegitimate documentation - will be expressly illegal. Illegal immigrants will be deported unless the nation to which they would be deported is at war, and illegal immigrants will possess no rights as citizens in the eyes of the law unless they have been illegal for less than two weeks.

6.) The POPTCSC will assist in diplomatic and military relations with officially allied nations, and will expect, but not require, the same from their allies.

7.) The POPTCSC will always extradite criminals who are to be prosecuted for a capital offense in the nation where the crime was committed, so long as that offense is also a capital offense in our nation.

GOVERNMENT FOCI

1.) Defense - government funded.
2.) Law & Order - government funded
3.) Education - government funded where necessary, private funding encouraged via business tax exemption.
4.) Environment - government funded where necessary.
5.) Welfare: Health Related - government funded where necessary, private funding encouraged via tax breaks.
6.) Agriculture - government supported via tax breaks.
7.) Welfare: Financial - government funded only when made absolutely necessary as a result of the physical or mental condition of the recipient.

RIGHTS OF CITIZENS

1.) The right to a fair trial.

2.) Freedom of speech, excluding slander and libel in a less-than-comedic manner.

3.) Freedom of religion, so long as it is within the boundaries of the law, e.g. no unprovoked violence, no public use of illicit drugs, no nonconsensual sex, et cetera.

4.) The right to privacy as long as this privacy is not used to impede the law.

5.) Freedom from excessively expensive bail, to be defined by a jury of indictment on a case-by-case basis.

6.) The right to bear legally registered firearms.

7.) The right to protest inoffensively. Flipping cars, blocking traffic, throwing rocks at people, and being an overall hindrance to the progression of the lives of citizens does not fall under the category of inoffensive, and will be handled accordingly.

STANCE ON SPECIFIC ISSUES

1.) Capital punishment is to be used in cases of first degree murder, intentional neglect resulting in manslaughter, treason, child molestation, and violent rape. The judge and jury may agree unanimously to allow for capital punishment’s use in situations not expressly stated here. The mentally inept will not be exempt. Children younger than sixteen will be exempt.

2.) Abortion will be legal up until the third trimester, or if the mother’s life is in danger. Rape victims will not be allowed to abort a baby in the third trimester unless psychiatric treatment prevents them from receiving an abortion sooner.

3.) Lethal force may be used to defend your property, your person, or another person from assault, theft, or abduction. Whether or not you, your property, or said person was actually threatened when lethal force was used will be investigated thoroughly.

4.) The estate tax will never be used for acquisition of government funds aside from during situations of international emergency.

5.) Education is an area that the POPTCSC wishes to improve greatly.

6.) The security of our citizens is always a matter of highest concern.

7.) Religion is not a government concern. Religiously based PACs will not be tolerated, and will be taxed significantly. Religion should remain a personal issue.

8.) Labor unions are allowed and encouraged when necessary, but so are asshole managers. They can fire you. Be reasonable and understand that you’re the one taking a risk in forming a labor union.

9.) Drugs are legal on all private property if the owner of said property allows it. Public usage results in small fines, followed by larger fines, followed by jail time. Operating potentially deadly equipment - including cars and items related to medical procedure - while under the influence of any mind-altering substance is illegal, and will result in extensive jail time and the indefinite suspension of all pertinent licenses.

I'm pleased with the incredible attention this party has been given. I figured I'd get some support on this one.

People are glued to heir party threads or the election thread, always following the polls. It's a bit late to start a party for this election.

Ahhh, I see. I didn't know how this whole election thing worked, I just saw a bunch of people posting party platforms and figured I'd post one of my own. Didn't know that there was a specific formula or pattern to the whole deal.

Well, hopefully this will get some recognition and response next time elections roll around, whenever that is.

And with your party name, you're going to be picked apart like that whenever you post for it.

Wow... heh, brain fart. Bah, I'm sick and my nose is runny and I just woke up (it's only 10:00 AM here) and I slipped. Kill me, will you?

Bump... come, join my party, the most obnoxious self-centered centrist party ever to walk the face of the Earth.
