Browny won't be back until at least the start of next season, probably even longer. Staying on Aussie Rules, who is going to win the premiership this Season?

Comeon man, your Australian arent you? The mighty Newcastle Knights in the NRL of course, we have lost due to injurys to most of our important stars the first ten matches of the season, we nearly won most of them, but couldnt get there in the end, one of our players Mark Hughes, a centre even played with a broken ankle for 60 min of the last game on painkillers, but now we have the greatest rugby league player Andrew Johns back for us from injury, and nearly all our top line up back, and we stand a good chance of beating the competition leaders the Brisbane Broncos on Sunday at home.
Ther should be a good crowd of 20,000 plus too.
I put ten on them at the odds of 3.40 to win, so I'll let you know on here on Mon if I collect.
Watch the game on FOX on Sunday, it should be a classic!

i'm bored, confused, pissed off, depressed, and coming to terms with the fact that i'm an asshole and incredibly lazy. plus tink got upset tonight and that made me upset too :(
my holiday to california just fell through today, so i won;t be going on that :(
and i was going to go do some photography on saturday, and even shooting a model, which is a first for me... but that fell through today too :(
plus i think i've failed 3 out of the 3 exams i've done for my second year in uni, and am realising that i can't stand uni, can't deal with abstract thought, and just totally want out.
i had an operation under general anisthetic a week and a bit ago and i'm still tired as hell from the ordeal, and the massive lack of sleep i missed beforehand due to the pain. i've lost sleep since worrying about exams, too. plus i've needed daily nursing care since.
i'm having to drive 300 miles pretty much every other day to get to uni to do my exams this week (& next) cos staying in my student house just makes me dead depressed and i can't do anything after just a few days of being there. last time i was there i didn't get out of bed till 6pm, and that was only cos my flatmate wanted to talk to me.
speaking of which people i know at uni are choosing to wholly ignore me on the street, which is lovely :(
anything and everything means an emotional outpouring for me... sorry.

Thats bullshit, you had the Adelaide Rams remember, set up by Super League, the team was getting over 15,000 to most of their home games.
Unfortunately it collapsed as a result of the ARL/SL war, with SL favouring a team in Melbourne instead.

Here's how mine begins:
You see it all the time in documentaries. Monkeys using sticks to get grubs from a tree, Birds collecting twigs to make a
nest, vultures using stones to break open an egg, Gorillas bludgeoning a great white to death with a tree stump. These are
examples of how a life form will exploit a resource to prolong their life, or, in the case of the gorilla, make it more
comfortable by way of entertainment. Human beings also exploit the environment in an attempt to make their lives longer
and/or more comfortable. Clothing for example. To stay alive, depending on where you live, it may only be necessary to wear
a fur coat, or a leopard skin skirt, and in some parts of the world, like in hawaii, it's only necessary to wear sneakers and
a top hat. But people feel more comfortable in particular types of clothing that they like the colour of, think goes well
with their hair, make their butt look smaller, etc. The point is that wearing these clothes can make the persons life a
little happier and, depending on what the clothes are made out of, more comfortable. I'm certainly a happier person when I'm
wearing my black clothes and I'm also a happier person when tim is wearing shorts and a t-shirt as opposed to a g-string and
rollerskates (which at certain times of the year is all that is necessary for survival in some parts of the state).
