Sudanese officials in an effort to improve their nation's image have taken a big step towards fighting crime and making sure that Sudan and Gang Rape are no longer synonymous.

What have the Sudanese done to produce this extraordinary change in their society? They've jailed a couple of aid workers for reporting rapes perpitrated against the people of Darfur.

Way to go Sudan, the fact that you're cleaning up your act will not go unnoticed, and hopefully you will get the international recognition you deserve.

I believe it was also in the Sudan where escaped Dinka slaves were imprisioned for talking about their experiences, because slavery was 'just not practiced in the Sudan'.

That's right...if you can't beat it...cover it up REAL GOOD.
