With the newest "National Systems of Tax" resolution that passed with a relatively small majority, it made me think....why dont we increase the UN majority requirement from 50%+1 to 66%?

Also, some proposals that should get into the resolution phase are not because of a large 6% regional delegate approval requirement...i think we should lower this to 4%.

I throw full support behind you. What we need are a bunch of backstabbers within the U.N who can act on our behalf, whilst we form an anti-U.N coalition on the outside.
