I'm looking for some kind of website that would list maybe the most common 20 or 50 surnames for individual countries.....I'm working on a short sci-fi story, and I want to base the characters names on reality based on which parts of the world they are supposed to be from (I know how annoying it is when people assume basic things about a nation/culture and get them wrong in their writing)
Any ideas?
