I've been having a discussion with a few of my friends recently about the movie Clerks. For those of you who haven't seen the movie here's a quick run down of the situation

The bathroom has no lights
A man uses the bathroom and is viewing pornographic materials
The man has a heart attack and dies
The main character's (somewhat) girlfriend (Catlin) walks in there and has sex with the body, thinking that it's Dante (the main guy) because there are no lights

So the question is... Did Catlin rape the dead body? Can you rape a dead body?

I think that it is rape because its a person who is incapable of giving valid consent.
Cannot think of a name

No, it's its own deal, necrophilia, or however that term is altered for the act and not the desire. Presuming he was dead before Catlin 'did him,' where it wouldn't be rape on her part but rather his because he intentionally decieved her in that manner (letting her think it was Dante) to get the sex.
