What if...Movie Sequel and Director Matchups

I was at the movies this afternoon and I saw all the previews for upcoming releases. Some of the more stupid ones were Sharkboy and Lavagirl, The Pink Panther, and War of the Worlds. So much seems to depend on movies having the right director and right stars. Probably because the plots and acting stink so badly.

What if we paired up a movie sequel with a more unlikely director. Like The Pink Panther, directed by Quentin Tarantino? That could turn a silly little comedy into a bloody action film. Or maybe Spy Kids III, directed by Tim Burton?

I don't know. I'm bored and I'm tired at looking over the same three topics in General. Almost makes me want to turn on the TV. Almost, mind you.
