So there are some countries in Nation States that are huge, so obiously the game is old. I was wondering just how old...........?

The oldest nation has around five or six billion, so probably since 2002.

Well, back in 2003 they had a one-year anniversary special issue. According to the news that was on the 13th of November. So I would assume it started on that date in 2002.
