Imagine your fairy godmother showing up one day granting you three wishes. What would you wish for?

Ability to play any instrument by ear

After that, who needs the other two wishes.

1) An army of red-and-silver giant ceramic armoured slayers with energy-powered scythes, like the ones I've been 3D modelling.

2) Freedom from worthless human emotions, like love.

3) Power to unite the world in peaceful vision. Or something like that.

Of course, that's my fantasies running wild. I may not ask for those if I get the opportunity - the first one is definitely the most important, though!

1. 'Voluntary mortality' (I just made up this term. Basically immortality, but with the option to die when I want to. Because let's face it, living forever would suck after the first billion years or so).

3. Some kind of instant teamaking machine. One which makes good tea.

If I had one wish that I could wish this holiday season, it would be that all the children to join hands and sing together in the spirit of harmony and peace.

If I had two wishes I could make this holiday season, the first would be for all the children of the world to join hands and sing in the spirit of harmony and peace. And the second would be for 30 million dollars a month to be given to me, tax-free in a Swiss bank account.

You know, if I had three wishes I could make this holiday season, the first, of course, would be for all the children of the world to get together and sing, the second would be for the 30 million dollars every month to me, and the third would be for encompassing power over every living being in the entire universe.

And if I had four wishes that I could make this holiday season, the first would be the crap about the kids definitely, the second would be for the 30 million, the third would be for all the power, and the fourth would be to set aside one month each year to have an extended 31-day orgasm, to be brought out slowly by Rosanna Arquette and that model Paulina-somebody, I can't think of her name. Of course my lovely wife can come too and she's behind me one hundred percent here, I guarantee it.

Wait a minute, maybe the sex thing should be the first wish, so if I made that the first wish, because it could all go boom tomorrow, then what do you got, y'know? No, no, the kids, the kids singing would be great, that would be nice. But wait a minute, who am I kidding? They're not going to be able to get all those kids together. I mean, the logistics of the thing is impossible, more trouble than it's worth! So -- we reorganize!

Here we go. First, the sex thing. We go with that. Second, the money. No, we go with the power second, then the money. And then the kids. Oh wait, oh jeez, I forgot about revenge against my enemies! Okay, I need revenge against all my enemies, they should die like pigs in hell! That would be my fourth wish. yeah i could get bored with that, but i play instruments for fun - not specifically to get better (unlike some people i know) so i'd enjoy being able to play music for a start.
i'd also enjoy having writing talent cos i'd love to write books - i have a number of ideas but little in the way of writing ability. being a great novelist would free me up and remove the frustration of being restrained primarily by myself and my (lack of) abilities.

and not having to work wouldn't get boring! i'd love to go off and do volunteer work in my life, but i can't afford to - especially considering the long run... even if they pay expenses and living costs i've still got to think about what i do afterwards that can get me dough. being able to imagine money into existance would allow me to do whatever i wanted... and more! imagining anything into existance, like works of art, or cars, people, whatever i can think of would be so awesome! so often i have ideas for musical pieces of all types running through my head, but i don't have the skill to turn whats in my head into reality - this is why that ability is #1 on my list.

1) Change world economy so that nobody ever has to be hungry again and poverty doesn't exist any more.

2) Intelligence and tolerance in everybody. I will not wish for world peace, I don't believe in forcing people to do anything, even for their own good. But with enough intelligence and tolerance, maybe they'll manage by themselves

3) Not to exist. I would wish never to have existed, not to be remembered, my only two actions to remain would be the frist two wishes.

1) I wish to know everything.

2) I wish to be the best at everything.

3) I wish for the wisdom and goodness of heart to use my abilities as good as possible.

1) My First wish, is that when I am presented with an amount owed, whether it be by contract, verbal or written, the amount owed will appear in my pocket of what ever pants I am wearing at the time it's due, with an additional 20%, in the current, legal tender of the country I am in.

2) My second wish is whenever I say or write a statement with the word "Please" included, the listener and/or reader will perform that request and be filled with happiness when I say "Thank you."

3) I would be fit and healthy, immune to desease, toxins, poision, viruses, bacteria and sickness, and by being immune that will also include not being a carrier for any detrimental situation for any other living being, and I will heal 10 times faster than normal.

I've often thought about that and toyed with many options. It's kind of like picking a band name, you get plenty of ideas but each one doesn't last more than a few days.

The only one I've been able to stick with was a machine to download knowledge into my brain--kind of like in The Matrix, but preferably with Wi-Fi or something, no need for big ugly entry points and huge metal spikes driven through the back of my skull.

For the other two, I dunno... A hundred billion dollars and a hot body... Heh.

you dont want perfect pitch, you want extremely good relative pitch. from what i hear having perfect pitch is torture.

I'd install common sense, intelligence, and compassion in every human being to replace stupidity, hatred, greed, intolerance, and all those other negative traits. Then I'd wait for some time...

If things do develop the way I hoped they would and the world would indeed become a better place (thus resulting in world peace), I'd be more than happy. (And still had 2 wishes left, just in case...)

If they don't, here comes Wish #2:
Completely reverse everything that Wish #1 did and tell the human race they still have a chance if they repented and took the time to compare how their life has been a) before Wish #1, b) after Wish #1, c) is right now.

Wish #3:

Immortality? You would get tired of living eventually, methinks. Also, what if the world blew up and you were just floating around in space, alive, but freezing and suffering to no end. Yeah, good wish.

1. Very specific changes to my body that are as follows:
vision that is as good as living human being (distance, near and amount of peripheral)
hearing as good as any living human being (volume sensitivity and range of sounds)
ability to sing as well as *i'd pick some specific person*

Dr. Pepper is just what the Doctor prescribed - that doesn't make it medicine, though. Whenever I have the chance I virtually drink gallons of that stuff :D

The problem with making your list of wishes is; I come along and steal all your wishes starting with the following:

actually all you need to wish for is
1) I wish to be able to alter reality to my desires.
2) my subconscience Desires will have no affect on reality
3) the trigger phrase to alter reality would be "I really like to wish for"

Having done that,

"I really like to wish for..." immortality...

"I really like to wish for..." whenever I say or write a statement with the word "Please" included, the listener and/or reader will perform that request and be filled with happiness when I say "Thank you."

Would you please go over to (insert country here) and assassinate (insert name of dignitary here)?

"I really like to wish for..." The ability to stop, fast-forward, and rewind time at will, and be the only one able to move through time, even while it's stopped.

Watch the TV on Wednesday and/or Saturday get the winning lottery numbers, rewind time 24 hours and purchase ticket with same numbers.

"I really like to wish for..." To be able to pick up any musical instrument and play it with the experience of all the masters from the last 1000 years.
