Since this hasn't been done yet, I think I'll start it. Please feel free to help me add to this, as this is a very rough start! Many parts taken from the Communist party manifesto. Please remember that this party is in a general -5/-5 Political compas area, and is (of course) a Green party.

The NS Green Party Manifesto
(1) THE ECONOMY:
*Free enterprise allowed and encouraged, but with tight government controls, especially on heavy industry. See "Enviroment".
*Socialist policies
(a) EDUCATION:
*Free compulsary education for all at every and any level required.
*Compulsary Sex-ed and General Safety, Philosophy and Critical Thinking courses.
(b) HEALTHCARE:
*Free unlimited healthcare to all.
(2) GOVERNMENT:
*Minimal government within reason of other programs.
*Voting age set to 18.
*General sufferage.
(3) ENVIROMENT
*Extensive public transit and discouraging of private motor vehicles.
*Taxes on gasoline and other fossle fules; used to pay for socialist policies.
*Extensive restrictions on heavy industry.
*Acceptance of the Kyotto accord target emission levels.
(a) SCIENCE
*Animal testing illegalized
*Cloning illegalized
*Stem Cell research (of all kinds) encouraged.
*Genetically modified foods discouraged.
(b) ANIMAL CRUELTY/ANIMAL WELFARE
*Animals are to be held to the same degree of care* as humans. They are not to be subjected to cruelty.
(c) ENERGY
*Nuclear energy allowed** and encouraged, allong with other "clean" energy sources, except Hydro-electric.
*Fossle fuel burning plants to be closed and eliminated.
(4) FREEDOM
*All persons are to be treated equally without descrimination.
*Abortion, homosexual marrage, et al. are to be legalized. Abortion after 3 months to be illegal, however.
*Freedom of speech and religion would be upheld. (Note: Inciting riots and threats are crimes and not protected under freedom of speech.)
*All recreational drugs are to be legalized and put under tight government control. Age set at 18.
*Education on the risks of drugs would be implemented.
(5) OTHER
*The age of consent would be flexible and examined on a case by case basis, a rough age being 15 years and age differences being taken into account.
*Arts and culture would be encouraged.
NOTES:
1. (*) This means that they are to be given the same respect as humans and not treated as lesser beings.
2. (**) Nuclear energy has proven to be much safer and more enviromentally friendly than any other form, given also it's size-power ratio. This is a personal view, and may be removed if it causes great controversy.
