SCA Anyone?

Just wondering who else out there is involved with the SCA (society for creative anachronism) and if so, which kingdom you're in and which group (be it shire, barony, etc.) you live in, and your persona if you wish. Currently I live in An Tir, in the Barony of Lion's Gate, which is in the Principality of Tir Righ; but I still participate withi my original shire, the Shire of False Isle.

Actually I believe that you are closest to Trimaris.... which encompasses Panama.

We are actually closer to parts of Africa than we are to Panama (at least where I am at the Sothern end of Brazil)

I had a look into the SCA but I didn't join up, I went down the Martial Arts side of things instead.
Still it looks like a hell of a lot of fun :)
Just out of interest, any of you WMA at all? If so what weapons, study etc?

I used to be involved in the SCA, but the people I knew that were involved became more annoying than a mopey goth on a handful of downers. :p
