Didn't Animal Planet recently show something like this?

Also, for some really great National Geographic 'otherworldly' footage, be sure to catch this. (http://www.apple.com/trailers/miramax/deep_blue.html)

Thouse arn't real aliens (and I hope you know to). If you look at the title of the site (that blue bar with the text in it) it says: What aliens MIGHTlook like.
But other than that interesting assumptions

I'm willing to assume some out there things about Eutrusca, but in this case I'm pretty sure he knew that. I mean, come on...did you really think you where going to click on pictures of aliens? That you where going to find out about it on the forums? We have to give some benefit of the doubt, folks...

What's so scientific about what some guy thinks creatures on distant planets look like? It's basicly just art gone a bit far.

It's the application of conceptual art to science, not "science" per se. :)

Actually it was the Discovery Channel (showing something other than interior decorating for once). They had a special called "Alien Planet" about a future mission by probes sent from Earth to explore a far away planet. They discover large lifeforms, many resembling dinosaurs.
The Discovery Channel's conception of what aliens may look like is much more realistic as they back up their computer artwork with scientific reasoning on evolution and adaptations. These National Geographic creatures look bogus as I doubt there could exist an environment suitable for these freaks.

P.S. Did anyone get the June issue of National Geographic magazine yet?
