I dont know what to call myself politically, and I am wondering if one of you would know. I consider myself a conservative on morality issues, but when it comes to the economy I am a marxist. Is there any specific word or words i can call myself? It just seems like when i say: Im a conservative Commmunist, that i am contradicting myself. Does that make sense, or am i totally a screwed up person? :p
Take the Political Compass test.

Why label yourself? Just call yourself "Rusienne," or whatever your real name is, and let it go at that? :)

Thanks Eutrusca :D , is the political compass accurate, or is it confusing?

the results are relatively simple & explained on the site in some detail. many of us keep ours in our sigs, so use that as a comparison. there's a thread with the Great NS political compass chart with all (well, not all) NSers' standings graphed somewhere round here. its by Swimmingpool. i'll see if i can find it for you :)
me, btw:
Left/Right: -8.88 :: Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.67
edit:
Economic Left/Right: -8.63
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -0.36
Whats that?
economic left wing. pretty far left wing, as in socialist/communist.
socially centrist: can swing either authoritarian or libertarian (big state vs little state; government interference vs non-interference, such as regulation and gun control) on different issues. or actually are in the middle and want middle government control

It's not bad, just take the results with a grain of salt. :)

Economic Left/Right -8.88
Social Libertarian/ Authoritarian -9.08
Pretty low down in the left hand corner make me a cross between an Anarchosindicalist and a Trotskyite. Pretty acurate as far as I'm concerned.
I can hear screams all around me (OH NO NOT A REAL COMMIE) :sniper:
Yes folks a real one at last someone for everyone to hate. LOL :mp5:

no problem :)
without knowing more about your views on specific issues, at a guess socialist will do. are you a communist? do you believe the revolution is inevitable and necessary? where do you stand on wealth redistribution?
a persons' compass score has to be taken fairly loosley - it gives an indication of where the person might lie, politically, in general, but not any specifics about their thoughts on individual issues - and it is such differences that really divides the political spectrum. especially the lefties such as you and me.
so...
check out this thread and fill in your details: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=419748
get involved in a good bit of political debate on here too and i'm sure you'll have where you stand sorted out in your own head soon enough. if you don't particularly have views on a number of issues, you soon will!:p
also check out our UDCP thread here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=418610). the idea for NS political parties has died down a little since its inception a couple of weeks back, but i'm sure it'll come back.
oh and here's (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=415351) Swimmingpool's Grand Political Compass Chart, so you can see which posters you're like
enjoy :)
Economic Left/Right: 8.88
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 7.18
What does that make me?
pretty much the opposite to me lol :D
authoritarian and conservative
