So does R2D2. And that giant lizard-mount thing.

Yoda's sabre fight at the end of II was awesome! I haven't seen III yet, but I hope Yoda kicks just as much butt.

It amuses me to watch Yoda in a lightsabre fight flying through the air and doing all the various gymnastic-like moves, then go walking out of the room with the help of his walking stick.

Very much so, although I must say I was expecting a bit more from that fight... But of course, it can't be to spectacular, or IV, V and VI wouldn't fit in the row any more...

My grandmother is like that - no she doesn't fly through the air with a light sabre but she is actually perfectly capable of walking about herself but when she wants people to be nicer or more sympathetic to her she goes into 'little old lady from Pasadena' mode and needs to be helped along or carried in her wheelchair. She's just like that I guess.

Anyways...

It was good, but not great.

It paled in comparison between Obi-Wan and Anakins final battle.
That was the best lightsaber duel in the whole series.

I must say i was a little disapointed with mace windu and the emporers, they lookd really rigid, but i guess it was in fairly closed quators. Still Yoda and MAce windu kick a lot of ass.

Also the Darth Maul, Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan duel was awsome. Unlike most people i actually enjoyed episodes 1 and 2

Most people agree that Maul was a kick ass character and was ditched far too early.

The Darth Maul Vs. Obi-Wan battle was probably the best fight scene in any film I have seen. Sure, the Obi-wan Vs. Anakin final duel was pretty immense, but the moves and actions weren't as fluent as they were between Maul and Obi-Wan.

But yeah, Yoda does kick some major ass, especially in Revenge of the Sith. I thought when he took on those Storm troopers on the Wookie planet proved this very well. Were he not as old as he is, I believe he would have killed Sidious with ease.

if yoda were younger i suppose he wouldnt be as powerful with the force, or as wise.

Good point, but alas, look at how powerful Sidious was with the force, and I don't think he was as old as Yoda (Just a guess). I just think that Yoda's age prohibited higher levels of endurance that Sidious easily sustained, due to his youth in comparison.

Yes, that was fantastic, in fact, I loved the whole movie (saw it 5 hours ago), especially the bit where Anakin gets burned and then Vader-ised...

If you consider the modern computer technology, then you have to admit that Yoda is a pretty sad piece of development.

Did anyone find it funny when Windu and Palpatine were having that fight, and Palpatine was using lightning and he said "I can't....hold it...much....longer" and the at the end he was like "Ahhhhh....".
Sounded like he was constipated to me. I thought it was quite funny.

And that other time in III when Vader, in his new black plastic, when told by the Emperor that Padme was dead, said "Nooooooooooo!".
Sounded corny to me, and funny.

Apart from that the whole movie was great, IMHO.

Not exactly, Sidious' power comes from mostly the Kyber crystal he carries with him, not his youth or knowledge of the Force. Sidious knows fairly little about the Force, and without his Kyber crystal he would have been killed by Yoda with ease.

The only Kyber crystal I know of is from a book published in 1978 that was set after ANH. Sidious and Yoda had a fight 20 years before the events in the book.

I personally think Lucas went out of his way to make the Windu/Sidious fight less than it could have been, just as I believe he did with the Grievous/Obi-Wan fight. Think about it, if he pulls out all the stops for either of those, or even for Yoda/Sidious than, somehow, he has to make the Vader/Obi-Wan fight at the end of III even cooler because this is the moment he's been building us up to for almost three decades. If he just kind of pulls in the reins on the other fights in the movie it's much easier to make the finale look incredibly neat by comparison. On a side note, I would have paid good, hard, money just to see a Vader/Windu fight that actually, you know, was a fight.

I believe in those battles he was using the Force to help propel him.
