Hey,
I'm new here n I was just wondering about 2 things, firstly how do you start a war with some other country/region...do you just say ''I'm gonna declare war on you in five hours'' o sumthin and if you win do you take control of their country/ region.

The other thing was how can buy things for you army...or somthing like that.

I think you're in the wrong section.

There's a place dedicated just to game play advice. This isn't it.

I woudl reccomend just popping into the role playing section and see what goes on. I've never really participated there.
