I dont know about the people on the forum who seemed determined that Star Wars is only slightly less evil/stupid/whatever than Bush, but your wrong and wrong and wrong and wrong.
SWIII PWNED. There is no word for it in regular English. It pwned, that is all.
The movie starts out on par with most other movies today, a few amusing scenes (R2 setting fire to the super battle droids), a few neato action scenes (Ship battle over Coruscant), and a cool Jedi duel (Anakin vr. Dooku, Dooku dies).
However, the movie picks up VERY quickly as Anakin starts to go Dark Side in an obvious sense. The political intrigue (Very good for an SW movie) was interesting, the massacring of all the Jedi, Anakin busting into the temple with eighty bajillion Clone troopers and so forth.
And then there was the Yodapwnage. Yoda was, for lack of a better word, pimp. The scene in front of the Jedi Temple where he impales a Clone Trooper with a thrown lightsabre (minor violation of physics, but it looked really cool :P), pulls it out and slices up another clone, was cool. Yoda walking into Palpatines office and dispatching the new Imperial Guards with a wave of his hand was cool. Yoda's lightsaber duel with Palpatine...was moderatly cool.
And of course, Anakins final battle with Obi-Wan (at least until IV :P) was cool. The duel over a river of molten rock, Anakin catching on fire, and being replaced by Vader.
Let me tell you, most of the audience cheered when Vader did his little breathy effect for the first time.
If you havent seen it...go see it. If you dont like Star Wars, go see it. If you live under a rock in a cave on Mars, go see it.
If you have to sell your grandmother for ticket money, go see it. I dont care, if you dont Ill hunt you down and strap you into a theatre chair :P
