Corpus Christi may not be that big, but it's a very nice place. The weather is great, and the people are even better.

Because some my politics, my opinions, my beliefs or statements tossed out into the public domain, need to remain somewhat anonymous due to my profession. I don't need my students, colleagues, or parents of my students recognising me, and spreading information about me around my town. If I CHOOSE for EVERYONE in my town to know these things (small town people will get that once any snippet of info is out there, it soon makes the rounds and everyone becomes familiar with it) I will go ahead and tell them myself. I don't need to be 'outed'.

here's an idea: procariously balance the camera on something roughly head hight, and if your cam doesn't have a timer function, throw things at it till you hit the 'take picture' button!

I am also "photo-challenged". I always have been. Even my entire family and friends tell me my pics all look like shit! I guess I've accepted that. And I can NOT pose for a picture. I can't smile on command. If I know my pic is being taken, it will turn out even worse.
