What do you mean?
I dont read. I know fads. If a fad is on the list this entire thing isnt worthy.
Keruvalia

Keruvalia, you need to pick a book, not a whole series. One of the Narnia books and one of the Foundation Trilogy.

But ... but .... you can't just read one of either of those series.

I could not imagine someone reading The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe without reading Prince Caspian or The Silver Chair.

*grumble*

Ok ok ok ....

Instead of the whole Chronicles, change my fantasy category to Prince Caspian and put Foundation Trilogy under best series and put Dune: Messiah under best sci-fi.

I haven't read fiction in eons. I have been reading strictly non-fiction for years. I pick a subject that interests me and get a ton of books on it, and go nuts. As far as all these catagories, I think it would be too hard for me to pick ONE. I can say I still remember enjoying "A Clockwork Orange". I read it 3 times in a row many years ago. There is no way I could choose one.

The latest non-fiction I've read is "World on Fire" by Amy Chua. It's brilliant. Everything in it is so obvious, I'm beginning to believe our governement is being run by meat puppets with aliens pulling the strings just to see what happens... Again, I could never choose just one.

You read no fiction? Oh, you poor baby! :(

I used to read lots of it. I intend to start again, but I usually end up finding some non-fiction I prefer. I'm going to MAKE myself read fiction again!

Lord of the Rings (it was meant to be one book...)
I just saw some persnickitey-ness earlier. Just trying to keep my head down, not make waves, and look what happens.... I feel like a Duke boy, mid-episode.
