If you could only play Poker with four people, living or dead, who would they be and why?

I would take Dick Cheney (he appears to be incapeable of making a facial expression), Ben Franklin (he loved cards- he printed his own), George Orwell (I am convinced he would be a good player), and George W. Bush (in hopes that he would get cocky and bet Air Force One or Fox News).

Maybe I should substitute Jesus for Cheney (I want to see if Jesus could bluff).

I respect Hitler like I respect a man who is robbing me at gunpoint. While he has the gun pointed at me I have to respect him, whenever he doen't I sure as hell don't.

Blackjack is mostly luck. Don't get me wrong, if you just want to be entertained, the roulette is fine. But, if you want to win cash, you have to play Poker (or blackjack, to a lesser extent).

texas hold'em is my preference but i can play 7 card stud or 5 card draw. hi-low games are for weenies though.

Yes, but, if you are unlucky, you can fold. Just like if you are lucky, and get a great hand, you can blow it by betting too highly, and making everyone else fold.

My first Texas hold'em game was against an uncle who plays it for a living. I kicked his ass, my dad's, and my brother's too (out of two adults two kids it came down to the kids).
