You do realize that half of NationStaters automatically click "George Bush" or "America" in polls like this, right?
The only way to get a real result is to leave them out.
Of course, if your only doing this to satisfy your own twisted sense of humour...
Anyway, I voted for Saddam. At least Kim Jong Il started out with somewhat good intentions and brought a brief period of prosperity to North Korea, Saddam just killed people while living the good life.
As far as I know, Myrth doesnt break his...underlings feet because they dont perform up to spec in a soccer game.

Where are the African Dictators? I think Mugabe deserves a tick box. And Uzbekistan President Islam Karimov should be included.
You're missing a lot of Dictators there, sport. I think you should consider redoing the poll.

I personally would vote for some of the Caribbean guys, Papa Doc or Trujillo or what's-his-face, the Nicaraguan guy that I can't remember right now... they're some scary people... actually, there are so many really scary dictators out there, it's hard to choose
