So a few nights ago Treasurer Peter Costello unveiled the fiscal policy for 2005/6 in Australia. Changes include massive tax cuts mostly to income, but some say these will benefit the rich more than anyone. Health, Defence and many more got more expenditure thanks to Australia's $8.9 billion surplus. So if there are any aussie's or anyone who has an opinion in this area please post :)
