First of all, why South Africa? Seems like the last place Id go if I needed medical help. Maybe this has to do with Comedy Central canceling the third season of his show. Well, in any case I hope he gets better. Discuss...

I sure hope it's nothing serious. I love his show. It'd be a shame if he loses his sense of humor over this. Of course, a trip to Africa could end up refreshing his muse just as well.

Comedy Central gave him like $50 million to do the next couple of seasons. I doubt he'd just walk away from that entirely. I'm sure this is just temporary. That being said, I certainly hope he's alright.
