I think we'd disagree on too many issues. At least speaking personally, I disagree with your anti-"outsourcing" stance, your "progressive tax system" and probably a lot of the government funded programs you'd advocate. Also, I'm in favor of capital punishment - though the party as yet doesn't have an official stance on that.
I'll turn this over to Vitto now.

...That *our* party doesn't have an official stance on capital punishment.
We debated it on the forums, never came to any particular conclusion.
But c'mon, can't we at least walk around at the park, holding hands. :D
Depends. Are we drunk and 17 years old?

Hi, as a DSP party member, we are open to negotiate a new coalition:

Let me know if you're interested. ;)
Which two parties merged? The DSP and...?
Hmm a party that advocates socialism and a party that advocates free market capitalism joining together.
The DSP is looking less and less left wing by the minute.

The DSP is looking less and less left wing by the minute.Actually most modern RL social-democrat or democratic-socialist parties are beginning to accept or have accepted a liberalized private based economy.

I know. I'm criticising them for claiming to be democratic socialists (as in wanting to achieve socialism through parliament) when they are little more than liberals (people who want a fluffy capitalism)
I see. Tony Blair's Labour Party is perhaps the most prominant example of that. Their policy isn't consistant with the creation of a socialist state by any stretch of the imagination.
Personally I have nothing but applause for left-wing parties that adjust to the centre or right-wing parties that shift leftward.

Why? Because they water down their beliefs to fit in with popular opinion?

Why? Because they water down their beliefs to fit in with reality?
*corrected :)
Why? Because they water down their beliefs to fit in with popular opinion?
No. To fit in with what works. With what is viable and sustainable, while discarding dogmas.
