The game is like this: I ask a question and the next person answers it and then he/she will ask a question. If he/she is wrong, then the next person may correct him.

How many states had to ratify the US Constitution for it to become valid?

From what I remember, 11 states ratified the American constitution (North Carolina and Rhode Island refused to approve the Constitution and take part in the new government until Congress agreed to add a bill of rights).
