Please excuse that. What the debate in my small town is: There are to many counsel members running the town. The town consists of 1800 people. There are a total of 5 counsel. Population 8 years prior was around 3000 and there were 4 counsel members. 2 years ago which was when the population hit a low of 1800 they motioned to up there amount of counsel to 5.
Im just looking to see if anyone has some direction as to why this is. Thanks for responding.
