A Tough Question For Creationists...

I have a question which Creationists have so far been unable to answer (except for that random "it was the deluge" quote). So, i'm curious to hear their answers:

Why have fossils of horses never been found in Antarctica and Australia?

:D

If you were a horse, would you go to either place?

Australia? Hell yeah! Loads of grassland, no big predatory mammals. It's horse paradise.

Yeah but where's the fun in that?

Well, if I were a horse the fun would be in banging female horses, keeping a full belly, and never worrying about a pack of wolves or something trying to eat me.

Say, Dunk Commies reborn, how would Jesussaves react to this question?

I'm really curious now... ;)

It would be horses like you that make me grateful that I'm not a horse. ;)

Does being a "Creationist", as in a Theistic Evolutionist qualify me to answer this question? ;) Or is this for the Literal and Progressive Creationists only?

There were no horses on Antartica becaus it's to cold for horses there. Australia had no horses becaus the just didn't spred out to that part of the world after the flood. What makes you think all the naimals need to go to evry part of the world. Thats how stupid evilutionists are. They dont use common sense.

Why are you talking about evilution anyway? It's just tricks used by athiest scientists to make people stop reading the bible. Thye hate the bible becaus they know morality comes form the bible. They dont like moraltiy becaus then they cant kill babies for the stems or have gay sex with kids and animals. Athiesm is a plan by satan to make people sin. Evilution is a big part of the satanist athiest plan.

here's another question:

how did the single-cell organisms come to be?

i mean they eventually evolved into fish... some of those fish (right?) made it to land and evolved into mammals/reptiles/birds etc.

but what made the single-celled organism?

or if something led to the single-cell organism... what made that?

hmmm

you can't start with no matter and expect matter to evolve... which is why IN THE BEGINNING, there was creation. (imho, of course).

(so here comes the "so who, then, created the Creator?" question)

answer: nobody; God always was. Alpha and Omega, baby! hehe

There is an answer to that, but i cant be bothered to state it here. Go ask it in an evolution thread.

I thought so.... So, where are they anyway?

My guess is they would come up with an excuse like they are "pre-flood" or something like that. At least the literalists...

Not sure what the Progressives will do.... Likely they would assume in happened in one of their "Eras" before man.

BTW: Progressives, or "Old-Earth" creationists believe each animal was originally created "ex-nihlo", but that this occured over "Eras" as metaphores of "days" in Genesis.. That is, each day could be countless years.... Early on, they subscribed to the 1 day = 1000 years idea... Though they have shifted into two groups... one views the old way, the new one has adopted a more "open" time frame for each "day"/"age". It's also called the "Day-Age" theory of Creation in Theology.

Literalists are just... Well.... too damn literal.

I'm not going to ask who created the creator. I'm going to ask this insead.

Why is the creator necessarily god? Why not a mindless force of nature that operates on a scale bigger than universes? Why not a community of gods? Why not a goddess? Why can't the universe always have existed? Just because we don't know exactly how the universe came to be, or if it was just always here, doesn't automatically lead to one perfect intelligence creating everything.

Lemme tell you where the first cell came from:

some 3.5 billion years ago, an alien ship visited our planet. They emptied their trash can. Some bacterias were in it and (at least one) survived...

Single celled organisms evolved, as we know them today, from primitive bacteria and mitocondria... Forming a symbiosis. Past that, it's all amino-acids and organo-metalics... So you're not talking about "life" per se.

I am however a proponent of "Theistic Evolution"... more or less the evolutionary process is guided by "the Creator".

I have no idea why they would be.

On the flip side, why have fossils of camels been found in Alaska that date to the last ice age? I was under the impression that camels needed a warm climate.

Actually the Ice Age consisted of giant swings in the earths climate, from incredibly cold to warm, sometimes even warmer than it is now. These swings took decades to centuries. Also, note that Alaska wasn't as far north as it is today, owing to plate tectonics.

And then, I didn't even know that they had discovered camels in Alaska.

It's okay. I just foudn out a few days ago myself.

So why did they find camel fossils the same age as mammoths? Cold and warm climate at the same time?

I've found fossil horses in Australia. Or possibly they were the bones of giants. I'm not sure. I'm waiting for my grant money to arrive.

Mmm... Grant. I can't wait until I can afford you...
