In the philly RNC protests in 2000, there was a "clown bloc", people dressed in clown costumes smashing up windows and casuing havoc. It was hillarious, whenever the cops would arrest someone they would scream to the news. cameras "You can't arrest me, I am a clown" and other such insanity. It rocked.
