Can anyone fill me in on why Georgians are waving U.S. flags and chanting the Anthem on T.V. right now... ? I thought the President was hated throughout the world? Is anyone else puzzled by this? Is Georgia another Poland or something? What's going on over there?

They are trying to distance themselves from Moscow, and if I had to personally choose between the US and Russia, then I'd be waving the Stars and Stripes...
