er... dude, hate to disapoint you but that isn't a new language. At best it's a new dialect of english, but you havn't even said what sounds the letters are supposed to represent. To me it just looks like you're spelling english in a different way, witsh hardlee mayks eet ay noo langwidzh. If people can figure it out by guessing, wouldn't it be more of a code than a language?

I guess using syllables from latin kinda gave it away.

The latin elements were something of a clue, coupled with your name (featuring the word 'imperium') it seemed likely it would be loosely latin inspired.

But, you know... it just kinda 'looked like' that was what it said.
