FDR comes nowhere near ugliest. He was pretty much average, as was Mao, Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq, Castro (actually Castro is attractive when compared to these guys).

Bush has nothing on these guys. He's a normal middle-aged man, nothing especially revolting physically.

Old Adolph was pretty nasty looking, or perhaps that was just the impression that a cattepillar had roosted under his nose, given by the silly mustache he sported. You can't possibly argue that anyone has ever had such beady eyes since though.

Noriega didnt have acne problems as a child- his face was accidentally set on fire once and a friend beat the flames out with a rake.

I never saw him as handsome either. And his wife wasnt attractive in my opinion either. I think youth played a bigger part there.
